Last year, I was scrolling on Instagram and saw a post from Level up Nutrition. I noticed a couple people I knew in the picture, and the drinks they were holding looked colorful and interesting. Since then, I have been going to Level Up at least once a week. 

Level Up Nutrition opened in 2021. They offer various protein shakes and teas, as well as delicious protein balls. Offering a large variety of different flavor combinations in the teas allows for numerous drinks to choose from. 

On the menu currently, they have more than 36 different tea flavor combinations to choose from. They also have different special drinks during different times of the year.

When I go to Level Up, my go to drink is the loaded tea. You can choose either a loaded (115 mg caffeine) or lit (200 mg caffeine) tea. My go to tea is Shark Bite which has the flavors pomegranate, cherry, and blue blast.

As you walk into Level Up, it feels so welcoming and the employees are super kind and talkative. Some days, the owner will even bring her puppy which adds to the “homey” vibe of the store. I always see friends and people from around Victor and the customer service is always top notch.

I often get the tea before school, before a soccer game or practice, or before a workout. It leaves me feeling super energized and I love the taste and mix of flavors in the Shark Bite drink. 

Although the taste of the drinks and protein balls at Level up are delicious, they are a bit on the pricier side. The price of a loaded tea is 7.40$ and the price of a lit tea is 8$. The teas are big in size and they last me a while. Sometimes I can’t even finish my tea and save half for the next day, so I do believe the price is worth it and I continue to be a returning customer.

The drinks from Level Up Nutrition are very popular among students at Victor Senior High School. Every morning before school, I see students holding and sipping the drinks. I often get a tea before school, and it provides me with the right amount of energy to make it through the day. 

At Level Up Nutrition, they have a punch card rewards program. For every drink purchase, you get a punch in the punch card. After 12 punches, you can redeem a free drink. I have a great liking for this system because of how frequently I go, allowing me to be able to get free drinks often. (Who doesn’t like a free drink?)
