DeTomaso’s Pizzeria is a stand-out business that is owned by my immediate family. We are located at 17 Columbus Street in Auburn NY! We have a shared building with a bar and love talking to patrons. Our restaurant is time-intensive but definitely worth the wait.  

Our biggest goal is to keep customers happy and make new ones because of our great customer service. We have many young teenage workers and our customers love to come in and see how happy we are and chat with us while they wait for their food. 

I consider this restaurant unique because we make deep-dish pizza, which is not easy to find around here. Our chargrilled wings are also rare and very good with a variety of homemade sauces that you cannot find anywhere else. I can’t forget to mention we sell vegan and gluten-free options too! Just call and tell us your allergies and we will make accommodations accordingly.

Deep Dish pizza is known for its caramelized crust and thickness, most people can’t eat more than two slices in one sitting. Deep Dish is very put together and doesn’t fall apart easily. 

Our workers always look forward to coming up with new ideas for products to try and put on our menu. We all have a very fun time experimenting with ingredients to come up with homemade dishes. We have decided to make a big batch of new products and bring pieces to bar patrons to test and get their feedback, so our ideas can become a success while we’re having fun doing so. 

One of our top sellers of kitchen staff ideas was homemade dessert fried doughs with a variety of special toppings, such as apple caramel, reeses, s’mores, strawberry Nutella, cannoli, and even new features for each month! Come stop by to try our new feature of the month with Halloween Oreo toppings!
